No that's not a teenager that's Matthew Broderick riding around on his little scooter in New York's East Village! He is obviously still just a kid at heart with this fun little toy complete with the helmet...so cute and we bet he has a lot of fun with it when he and his son James Wilkie play together. Still kinda funny though, to see a middle-aged man on a kiddie scooter!
