Is it just us or doesn't Mary-Kate Olsen look very grown-up nowadays?! In a short new haircut and trendy sunglasses the pint-sized actress was spotted in SoHo with her boyfriend Nate Lowman and it looks as though the star is doing really good! Maybe the pregnancy rumors that we wrote about the other week actually are true?!
