Mary-Kate Olsen wants immunity from prosecution before she will cooperate with a federal investigation into close friend Heath Ledger's death from an accidental overdose. Her attorney Michael C. Miller says that she doesn't have anything to do with the drugs in his home or in his body and that she does not know the source of the drugs. If that's true, why does she want immunity from prosecution?

In 2004, Mary-Kate battled anorexia, later ending her studies at New York University. The pressure is always on for the young star and new reports says that she's in desperate need of rehab again. Not long ago, she collapsed on a parking lot outside the club Foxtail and the next day she took her belongings and checked in at We Care in Desert Hot Springs. It can be due to the loss of her dear friend Heath Ledger but Mary-Kate Olsen still refuses to speak about the fact that she was the first person called after Heath Ledger was found dead in his apartment.

Mary-Kate Olsen attended the special screening of the movie The Wackness in New York the other night wearing a long white dress and red shoes. The movie is about a young man who starts paying his shrink, played by Sir Ben Kingsley, in marijuana and together they explore New York in the 90's. The movie has already gotten a lot of attention thanks to the scene where Mary-Kate and Ben make out and we have to admit we're a little curious!
