Jessica Biel, pale peach crop tops are a big no no! Matching peach shorts are even worse! We wonder if Olivia will beckon us into her morgue...? We kinda hate this shirt Emma Roberts is wearing and those shorts are warped in the worst way possible. Kristin Bauer plays Pam on True Blood and we think Pam has great style, but this cherry dress reminds us of 5th grade. So juvenile! Cut outs and high water flare pants? No, just no, Maggie Q. We really love Nina but we really hate this dress. She could do so much better, right? This denim dress is too young for Rose McGowan and the black boots are better for fall. Kirstie Alley, drowning in fabric. Tyra Banks, America's Next Top Fashion Failure.
If there's one thing we've learned from our years on this earth it's that silver, stretchy pants will never EVER look good. Take note Paz de la Huerta, this is for you. Also, too much black and lace can make your look like Morticia from The Addams Family, and maybe that's your thing, but we have a feeling that it wasn't the look Nina Dobrev or Olivia Wilde was going for. Here's our worst dressed for this past week, enjoy sweets!

9. Willa Holland, known from the TV-shows O.C. and Gossip Girl, lookes really chic in this mini-skirt, see-through blouse and oversized cardigan. Do we see a future fashionista in Willa? We definitely hope so!

8. Sienna Miller proves that it can be really simple to look trendy. It only takes the right jeans, t-shirt and cool shoes. 7. Actress Molly Sims in a white, straight dress. Cute! 6. It's a real challenge to make the leather shorts look trendy, but Twilight actress Ashley Greene pulls it off! 5. Here we see Orlando Blooms girlfriend in a colourful dress that makes us long for more colour. The handbag is really something extra.... By the way, did you know that she had a long relationship with musician Jay Lyon from The City? 4. This weeks no 4 is no less than the presidentwife of France, Carla Bruni (to the left in case you wonder...). Carla is a former top model and knows all there is to know about fashion. This white dress is trés chic! 3. Actress Maggie Q:s dress is super cool and we like the mixture of colours and materials. The belt and the clutch bag really make the outfit complete! 2. We really like actress Arielle Vandenbergs short dress with belt in the waist and the clutch bag is something to die for. 1. THIS WEEKS WINNER!! This weeks no 1 is..... Heroes actress Kristen Bell! It was extremely difficult to pick out the 9 best dressed this week. Many celebs seem to dress up during the summer which makes it much harder (but more fun) for us. The list contains both regulars like Sienna Miller and newcomers like Willa Holland and Miranda Kerr!
