Is a descendant of the Swedish noble Gyllenhaal family.

Actress Maggie Gyllenhaal and her fiancé Peter Sarsgaard look like just another couple walking on the street and if we didn't know how famous they bout are we probably wouldn?t have looked twice! The couple was out strolling on Abbot Kinney in Venice Beach yesterday with their little daughter Ramona who seemed to be in a difficult mood. Maggie had trouble holding on to her daughter who was trying to get out of Maggie's grip!

The CFDA Fashion Awards were held at the New York Public Library in NYC yesterday and naturally every American fashion designer showed up for the occasion! Marc Jacobs arrived with Victoria Beckham who was dressed in a ruffled black and white dress and high-heeled black sandals. Michael Kors had Hilary Duff by his side while Zac Posen, Donna Karan and Tom Ford arrived alone. The hottest red carpet look belonged, not surprisingly, to Ashley Olsen dressed in black pants and a tuxedo jacket!

Maggie Gyllenhaal obviously coulnd't turn down an invitation to Ben & Jerry's Peace Bed-in in New York City yesterday and seemed very happy with her decision to go! The event was held in honor of John Lennon and Yoko Ono's legendary "Bed-in For Peace" that the couple organized in 1969 to inspire an entire generation of people to think about peace during a critical war period. In honor of Lennon Ben & Jerry have created a new ice-cream flavor, "Imagine Whirled Peace", and considering Maggie's facial expression we're guessing it tasted pretty good!
