This week's worst dressed celebs weren't so horrible, they were just a bit off. There's a fine line between styling and ruining, and unfortunately some of our hottest celebs crossed that line this week. Like Beyonce's sister, Solange, she had a great top and shoes but paired it with a super ugly skirt! Fashion is difficult, we know, but that's why we always say that "less is more." Catherine Zeta-Jones has been the global spokesperson for Elizabeth Arden for many years. We have seen her in many, many ads for them. She's beautiful!

Natalie Portman is the face and spokesperson for Miss Dior, the classic beauty fragrance!

Julia Roberts has been the face for Gianfranco Ferre for many years, and she has also done a lot of work for Lancôme. She is so beautiful!

Even though celebs make a ton of money, sometimes they pick up an extra job here or there to earn a few bucks on the side, you know, for another car or a luxury trip to Paris! These extra jobs can earns celebs A LOT of money, like when Catherine Zeta-Jones made $20 million dollars for her collaboration with Elizabeth Arden...and that's not even her main job! Nicole Kidman earned $12 million for her Chanel No.05 ad and Scarlett Johansson made $4 million for Dolce and Gabbana! This Week's Worst Dressed Celebs!

Jessica Szohr fails miserably in this fugly patterned playsuit.

This look almost worked for Khloe Kardashian, we wish she would've added a white shirt instead of the boring black. And removed the hat!

We don't understand this short/long dress thing celebs are wearing. It's ugly. Teen Wolf star, Holland Roden, would've looked great if the dress was short and not halfsies.

It's kind of cheating putting Snooki on this list but srsly, girl, enough with the furry boots- it summer!

Poor Hailee Steinfeld, we love her, but this pant suit is not working. She's 14 not 50!

Kelly Rowland has a great body. We know it, she knows it, but there is no need to wear a skimpy, lacy crop top with huge shoulders...ever. The shirt and skirt combo doesn't work either.

Yikes! When did Maggie Gyllenhaal turn 80? She's too pretty to be dressing like that.

We're not the biggest fans of Scarlett Johansson's red hair (it looks so fake) nor this ruffled Valentino number (it looks cheap)

This is just too much, Eva Mendes! Too much lilac, too much fabric, too much ugggghhh.

Nicola Roberts mixed patterns in the worst way possible.

This Week's Worst Dressed seemed worse than normal. We're cringing at these photos and wishing they never existed. So here's our advice: ladies, there's a way to work a playsuit and Jessica Szhor did not accomplish it! Also, patterns are hot but choose wisely! And finally, pant suits and crop tops will never look great unless you're 45 and work in an office or you live in the 90's (you don't). So please remember this before you get dressed in the morning, you'll thank us later.

9. Anne Hathaway wore this mismatched, unflattering combination of separates on the red carpet this week. It was for an animated movie, so maybe she was trying to get in touch with her inner cartoon?!

8. Its not Billie Piper's outfit that is bothering as much as that horrible greasy hair is!

7. Maggie Gyllenhaal's love of vintage clothing sometimes goes really wrong and ends up making her look like someones granny or aunty. Case in point with this dotted wrap blouse and skirt!

6. We prefer it when Helena Bonham Carter looks totally whacked out. When she tries to wear a "normal" black dress with pearls, she just looks plain wrong!

5. Even though the color and the print are actually amazing, this dress on Nicole Kidman is a disaster from the silly bow around the neck to the frill on the ankle! Fail!

4. Another blue disaster for Hayden Panettiere! Its just all too much! The tights the velvet with the sheer panels. Pick one design detail and stick to it please!

3. As we said before, its time for Katherine Heigl to hire a stylist! There are elements of this outfit that could be amazing, but she just has no clue on how to put things together. Hot mess!

2. Jordan looks cheap and ridiculous, combining sweatpants and a t shirt with a luxe fur shawl and headpiece. Ew!

1. R&B performer Jessie J gets in touch with her inner goth drag queen. Not the hottest look we have ever seen - by far! Don't try this at home!

A big part of Fashion Week is not only the excitement of the upcoming season's fashion, but its also all about which celebrities and fashionistas were sitting on the front rows at runway shows! There are rumors that designers will pay thousands of dollars and give away even more in luxury clothing to get the right stars to sit at their shows. Lucky girls like Whitney Port, Molly Sims and Sarah Jessica Parker have their front row seats guaranteed, see who else was there and guess which of these ladies are paid to be there or if they are just friends of the designers!

8. We know, its not often you see Paris Hilton on the best dressed list, but we actually loved her in this toned down all black outfit, but what really stood out for us was her jewelry, especially on her hands. Gorgeous!

7. Rachel Bilson does relaxed street chic perfectly in these wide legged jeans and striped top. So very Paris meet LA!

6. Maggie Gyllenhaal almost never does simple style, but when she does, its a total knockout! We haven't been able to get this asymmetric LBD out of heads since we saw her in it! Want it!

5. Jennifer Aniston in Chanel and its a great match! Who couldn't look chic in that stunning cocktail. We are so happy her hair is up and in a different style for a change too!

4. Red is a hot color for this upcoming season and it totally works on Jessica Szohr! She is smoking hot in this little party dress, we also think it was clever to do a nude makeup look, to keep it modern and fresh.

3. Dita Von Teese shows that if you are going to go retro, go all the way! She is absolutely a knockout in this Louis Vuitton outfit - our favorite thing about this look has to be those sexy gloves!

2. Drew Barrymore has had another style makeover and this time its back to boho with her new longer hairdo. This dress works fantastically with her figure and the shape is relaxed and funky all at the same time. Well done Drew!

1. Mischa Barton is rocking so many trends with this outfit its difficult to know where to start. Its retro, its flattering, the color are moving towards the Fall fashions, the clogs look hot on her and she is wearing a handbag from her own collection. We fell in love with her all over again when we saw this look.

Not the most exciting week for fashionistas, but there were some fun and inspiring outfits here and there. We always find inspiration on the Gossip Girl set and this week Blake Lively did not let us down, Rachel Bilson and even Paris Hilton managed to impress us this week too and you won't believe who is back on our favorite fashionista list!
