Madonna has bought a new house on the Upper East Side, but of course she is not going to move straight in. She has ordered major renovations to take place before and the scaffolding all the around the building is making it look pretty ugly and we bet the noise is crazy high too. But are the neighbours complaining? No, we hear they are totally star struck and so happy that Madonna is moving in, they are just excited! We wouldn't complain to Madonna either....hehe!
