This Monday Jessica Simpson was seen out in New York, in full winter regalia, for some Christmas shopping with her mother. Simpson looked a bit cold when she walked the streets and she wore her rugged UGG boots and a Dsquared fur bomber jacket with a visible patch to stay warm in the chilly city.
