Liv Tyler decided to leave her housing wearing this outfit yesterday! We understand she was going to spend the day at a beauty spa, but really Liv! The actress looked more like a homeless person than the beautiful ex-model she really is! Those slippers and that woolie hat need to be put in a dumpster!
