The Dior Flagship Store reopened last night in New York City 57th Street with a swanky party hosted by the shy Dior designer, John Galliano himself! Everyone knows that Hollywood super star Charlize Theron is originally from South Africa right? She moved to Hollywood as model before she got her big break as an actress. So Charlize hasn't forgotten her African roots and she has her own children's charity in South Africa. Its called Charlize Theron: Africa Outreach Project and last night, Charlize held a big party to raise funds for the project at the Darby Restaurant in NYC.

Some of Charlize's star friends like Petra Nemcova, Jon Hamm and Jessica White were there to show support and so was Liv Tyler. We had no idea Charlize and Liv were good friends, but in these pics you can totally see how close they are. So cute!

Even though not many people agree, we think Katie Holmes looked fab in this minimal Calvin Klein look at New York Fashion Week last week. This dress looks great on her body and the shoes show off her long, long legs! 6. Stephanie Pratt was channeling a gorgeous beach godess at the MTV VMA Awards this past week. One of her best red carpet looks by far. We love the beading detail and the fact that it looks as is if its see-through, but its just a tease! 5. Rachel Zoe at New York Fashion Week showing how gray can be the new black! Its a great change from black, but is still chic from top to bottom. Notice the slick of red lipstick to brighten it all up too. 4. Maxi dresses are not just for summer, just ask Olivia Palermo, who wore a pretty floral tiered maxi skirt at London Fashion Week this weekend and teamed it up perfectly with a biker jacket and a jewelled clutch. This girl is always inspiring! 3. Nicky Hilton is not afraid of a bit of sparkle and color. She had some fun with her fashion at the Alice + Olivia showing this past week in a sparkly disco skirt and notice-me purple leather tote! Notice the on-trend leather jacket too! 2. Fearne Cotton shows us that animal print doesn't have to be in shades of gold and brown, it looks great in black and white too. Bold safari prints are still very much in this season and so is matching them with big bold, IT bags like this bright red one! 1. We fell in love with Kelly Osbourne's cropped leather suit at Fashion Week! You can wear this in so many different way, its a total wardrobe must-have!
