Ever since soap opera star Lisa Rinna had her lips done years ago, she has been more famous for her puffed out look than anything she has ever acted in! Last year Lisa finally spoke about the lips, explaining that she had silicone implants put in way before collagen injections were invented and the implants made her lips go a funny shape.
Yesterday Lisa and her husband Harry Hamlin were out promoting a novel Lisa wrote called "Starlet" in New York City and Lisa showed off her brand new mouth for the first time! Lisa recently had surgery to take out the worst of her lip implants and even though she is still swollen from the operation and it will take a few months for her lips to settle down, we think she is already looking a bit more natural!
