Apparently Samantha Ronson shelled out nearly $22,000 for a Cartier diamond ring for presumed girlfriend Lindsay Lohan on Monday! The two were out in Los Angeles window shopping, and a source told UK's The Mirror newspaper that "Sam took Lindsay shopping to celebrate her 22nd birthday,". "Although Lindsay is the major breadwinner, Sam has her own money and is very proud." But the source also said that "It's not an engagement ring - simply a token of her commitment," The two girls have been inseparable since the two were caught kissing on Diddy's yacht in Cannes in May.
