We thought that rapper, Pitbull and Lindsay Lohan were making amends. Well, kind of making amends, but it seems like the war between the two is just getting nastier! If you remember, Lilo sued Pitbull for using her name in one of his songs, the lyrics were, "I got locked up like Lindsay Lohan," alluding to Lilo's time behind bars. Well, Lindsay was really upset and claims that Pitbull owes her money for using her name in the song. So she took him to court.

Here's the thing, Lilo filed for the lawsuit in New York, but she's been a resident of California since 2004. Plus she has A LOT of legal trouble tying her to Cali, so Pitbull is asking that the case be moved from New York court to federal court, where he thinks he has a better chance of fighting Lindsay. "In light of Ms. Lohan's continuing obligations to the State of California, as well as foregoing facts, Ms. Lohan is a citizen of California, not New York." Are you Team Pitbull or Team Lindsay?
