So a few weeks ago Lindsay Lohan was sentenced to jail. We were a bit surprised, but really she had it coming. Well it turns out Lilo already served her jail time and it was just four hours!

Lilo checked into jail late at night, around 9 p.m., but due to overcrowding she was released just four hours later. Remember that Lilo had an original sentence of 30 days! 4 hours vs. 30 days, Lilo definitely won this battle... again! But there's one more thing Lilo has to do before she's in the all clear, she has to serve 53 days of community service and attend 18 psychotherapy sessions, all by the end of March. If she fails to do this, she will probably be sent to jail for 270 days. (celebitchy)
