It looks like fashion magazine Elle Magazine believes that struggling actress Lindsay Lohan can sell more than tabloid magazines! They made Lilo their September cover girl! We hope for Lindsay's sake the issue does well, so she can prove to herself and everyone else in the industry she is still hot property, for the right reasons!
