Lindsay is using the leaked tapes as a way to negotiate a plea deal and she has also decided to sue the jewellery store straight back! Lindsay claims they have profited from selling the images of her online and she never gave them the rights to do so, Lindsay says this proves, the store owners were just out to make some money from her famous and scandalous name. Wow, this girl just gets more dramatic by the day!
