Lindsay Lohan spent the other day relaxing by the pool at the Roosevelt Hotel in Hollywood with her assistant and some friends (but no Samantha!). Lindsay was by the pool for four hours tanning in her black bikini, smoking cigarettes and talking on the phone. When she left the hotel dressed in jean shorts and a loose-fitting white tanktop she took the time to show off her new hot Balenciaga shoes for the photographers. Just like Lindsay to wear the latest fashion!
