Lindsay Lohan shops her troubles away!

After being attacked by a stalker at a nightclub the other day Linday Lohan decided to shop her troubles away yesterday! The red-headed celebrity went to Maxfields in Beverly Hills to do some Christmas shopping and was later escorted out of the building with a big shopping bag and a Coke Zero in her hand! Did she perhaps buy a present for girlfriend Samantha Ronson?!
