Lindsay Lohan swears she is innocent this time and she hopes a jury will believe her! As you all know, Lindsay has been accused of stealing a necklace from a jewelry store near her home and the owners have been dragging her name through the mud in the press and in front of the judge in their court case(as if Lilo needed a worse reputation).
Lindsay is now saying she refuses to plead guilty or no contest and she won't pay the fame hungry jewelry store owners a cent, so she will take her chances with a trial. This should be fun to watch! We hope there will be cameras!(People)
