Struggling star Lindsay Lohan is in trouble with the court again! She is supposed to be attending alcohol education classes as part of her DUI (driving under the influence) probation from 2007. Her alcohol education teacher has reported Lindsay to her judge for not attending classes and we also hear that she may be accused of totally violating the terms of the program. Meaning she is totally drinking again! So the judge has ordered Lindsay to appear in court to give a progress report on her probabtion and if it is proven that she has been a bad girl, she may end up in jail this time! (Source: TMZ)
