Lindsay Lohan Hits Paparazzo?!

Lindsay Lohan showed off her very pronounced-looking collar bone last night as she left Hotel Café in West Hollywood with a couple of friends. The car that the actress left in allegedly hit a paparazzo on its way out and didn't stop to see if he was ok! The photographer appeared to have injured his left hand but fortunately it didn't look too serious!
