Lindsay Lohan has had enough of her dad, Michael Lohan's threats about kidnapping her to get her life clean! She has decided to file legal papers saying she fears for her safety! Michael has been giving all kinds of interviews to the press saying that Lindsay is still on drugs and needs to go back to rehab to put her life together again and Lindsay's mom has been fighting back, saying Lindsay is fine and just needs everyone to leave her alone!
