Lindsay Lohan gears up to party!

Lindsay Lohan and her girlfriends Samantha Ronson and Courtenay were spotted in Santa Monica yesterday where they did some last minute prepping for Lindsay's 22nd birthday party. The girls stopped by Cake and Art on Santa Monica Blvd. where they ordered a cake and then escaped the scene as fast as possible while the paparazzi sang happy birthday. The party was held at Teddy's inside Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel and seeing as Lindsay is a seasoned partier we'll have to assume they had fun!
