Lindsay Lohan was out and about in her West Hollywood neighbourhood last night having dinner with friends, looking her usual party girl self. There was one quite obvious difference that we couldn't help noticing though! Lindsay's lips are looking a whole plumper and pouty all of a sudden! We think Lindsay might have done the Hollywood star thing and given herself some extra lip in attempt to revive her look! What do you think?
