Surprise surprise, Lindsay Lohan never made it back in time from partying in Cannes to make her court hearing in Los Angeles yesterday! She is in big trouble, as her official excuse is that her passport was stolen, saying that she thinks her father Michael Lohan had someone steal it from her to get her in trouble!

The judge is not buying her story at all and says she wants proof that Lindsay ever even had a flight ticket booked home and that Lindsay reported her passport stolen. We are guessing that could never happen! So there is now a warrant out for Lindsay's arrest, the judge has set bail for $100 000 and when Lindsay gets back to LA she will have to - Drink no alcohol, wear a security ankle bracelet and submit to random weekly drug tests. Ouch doesn't sound like fun at all, bad girl Lindsay! (Source: TMZ)
