Those of you with a trained celebrity eye probably see that it's Lindsay Lohan but it's not easy to tell when she's hiding under all those sweaters! Celebs in Hollywood are forced to go to desperate measures to avoid the paparazzi and this time Lindsay chose the sweater-on-the-head and watergun-in-hand approach!
