Lindsay Lohan has been spending all week in Los Angeles, filming her new movie, Labor pains. But the star is struggling with her emotions, she has to be away from her gal pal Samantha Ronson quite a bit and really misses her! After the fantastic bling bling extravaganza that Samantha offered Lindsay yesterday, we think the feeling is mutual!
