Sir Elton John held one of his famous fundraising events for his AIDS Foundation this week! This time it was at London's fancy Grosvenor House Hotel and the event was sponsored by Grey Goose, so the cocktails were definitely flowing! Stars like Swedish model Victoria Silvstedt, Liz Hurley and Kelly Rowland were all there to enjoy themselves and show they care, but the real surprise of the night was Lily Allen! Lily and Elton John have had a bit of a strange relationship ever since she got drunk and silly while the two of them presented an award together on live television, but it looks like all of that his history now and the two are friends again. This Week's 9 Worst Dressed Celebrities!

9. Actress Chrystee Pharris really wanted to be noticed on the red carpet this week, so she really went all out! We think she could have done without the feathers at the bottom of her pants though!

8. British Royal Sarah Ferguson, or Fergie as most know her, has never really been known as a fashionista and this dress shows why. With all of her experience with dressing for events, we would have thought she knew what flattered her figure by now!

7. Meg Ryan has quirkly style, but this dress in not exactly unique, we have seen this fabric on a few sofas before! Not a great look for her!

6. We get Jackie Cave's Topshop girlie outfit, but really there is way too much going on here! Definitely taking off one or two of these very loud patterns would have helped this fashion emergency situation!

4. Oh Phoebe Price! We know she dresses like this on purpose to be noticed, but its not stylish, no matter which way you look at it! We have a tip, take it down a few notes and she might just end up on the best dressed lists and make her get noticed for the right reasons!

3. We love Rihanna's risk-taking style usually, but even she gets it wrong sometimes. We don't love this slashed zebra stripe dress at all!

2. Taylor Momsen looks like she got dressed in the dark. Her hair is straggly, she is not wearing anything under her shirt lingerie stockings and its not even buttoned properly. We hear Taylor has been hanging out with Lilo lately, and it shows in her style choices!

2. Lily Allen is on the list because she committed one of the biggest fashion crimes there are. Wear clothes that fit ladies, too-tight dresses are always going to make you look bad!

1. Bai Ling came dressed to the Sonia Rykiel for H&M launch party in Paris like a punky disco chicken and it wasn't pretty! But we are sure Bai thought it was fabulous and that is why she is our number 1 this week!

We have some classic advice for this week's worst dressed celebrity's straight from fashion icon Coco Chanel herself. Before you leave the house, take off the last accessory you added to your outfit and then your look will be complete! This rule would really have helped to rescue Phoebe Price for instance, but the opposite is also true for Gossip Girl star Taylor Momsen, who seems to have forgotten her pants! You have to love Lily Allen for her craziness! Fans will remember that last year Lily and Elton co-hosted the GQ Awards and it made Lily Allen quit drinking because Elton lost his temper with her on stage for messing up their lines because of too much champagne! Well Lily has decided to laugh about it some more in her new video "Who'd have Known", where she plays an obsessed Elton fan who ends up kidnapping him!
