Tron star, Garrett Hedlund, has been romantically linked to two of Hollywood's hottest celebs: Kristen Stewart and Leighton Meester!

Now, we know that Kristen is dating Robert Pattinson but lately there have been rumors that she's been seeing Garret on the sly. They both worked together on the film "On The Road" where they became pretty close. Some sources say that Kristen only hooking up with Garrett to make Rob jealous because he's been out partying and flirting!

Garrett has also been linked to Leighton! The both starred in the movie, "Country Strong," and have been hanging out ever since. In fact, they both just happened to be in London together earlier this month and then they had breakfast together back in LA.

So here's what we're wondering...is Garrett seeing both Leighton and Kristen? Or is it all just rumors?

Our eyes are one of our most important features. So it's super important to highlight them in the best way possible and the first step is getting the shape of our eyebrows just perfect. Look at it this way, if our eyes are the windows to our soul, than our eyebrows are the frames around the windows!

Some of our favorite celebs like Leighton Meester and Kourtney Kardashian have already figured this out, they have amazing brows! Keeping a nice shape on your brows doesn't have to be so hard. Here's a few tips on how to get perfect eyebrows!
- Invest a good pair of tweezers
- The starting point of your brow should be inline with your nostril on the same side of your face, ex: left brow inline with left nostril.
- To get a perfect arch, use a pencil and place it at your left nostril diagonally- it should go across your left eye and fall naturally right where your brow arch should be. Repeat for your right brow.
- Use the pencil to measure from the far outer corner of your nose to the end of your brow, this is where your brow should stop.
- After you've gotten the desired shape, keep your eyebrows tame by only plucking hairs that stray from the natural shape.
- And remember, never pluck too much!

When we’ve gotten some sun in our faces and our skin looks fresh and bronzed - do as the celebs does and leave the makeup at home! A natural face is so cute and looks great with a simple summer dress!

We know it’s scary to show a clean face in public, but we don't mean go completely natural! Just minimize the amount of makeup that you usually put on and change the hard and dark colors to more earthy tones! Our tip is to put some foundation were you need it the most, use just a little bit of brown mascara and a peach or pink blush that goes with your skin tone and you will look absolutely beautiful! We love Leighton Meester! She's one of our favorites celebs...ever! Did you guys know that not only is Leighton an awesome actress but she is also an amazing singer! Leighton recently performed at The Troubadour in California and she was so great! And.... she has a new hair cut! Leighton is now rocking bangs and we have to say, she looks fantastic!
