No one is more dedicated to her fans than Lady Gaga! As she keeps saying, she would rather die on stage than cancel a performance and she wasn't lying! We just heard that during her recent tour in London, Lady Gaga had food poisoning and was so sick, she should have been in bed, but no, the show went on! She told Vogue Magazine that she was vomiting backstage during her costume changes, but nobody knew. That is one hard-core Lady, still gross though...
