Lady GaGa has some very loyal fans!

Joanne Stefani Germanotta, aka Lady Gaga, was spotted arriving back at her London hotel the other day braving the cold weather in a white jumpsuit and no jacket! The "Let's Dance"-singer also sported large black sunglasses, a quirky hair piece in the shape of a bow and a bright red bag. Lady Gaga chatted to a fan outside the hotel who reportedly had traveled all the way from Wales to wait outside her hotel in the hope of meeting his idol, how sweet!
