Goodbye Cannes!

For almost 2 weeks we have been watching the stars looking beautiful and having fun at the Cannes Film Festival, but the closing ceremony took place last night, so its all over now! Stars like Juliet Binoche and Javier Bardem received awards for their excellent performance in films shown at the festival and all kind of stars, from The Gossip strange lady Beth Ditto to Salma Hayek and Kirsten Dunst were all at the closing ceremony event. Kristen Stewart Star of BAFTA Awards!

The Orange British Academy Film Awards (BAFTA Awards) were held at the London Royal Opera House last night and it was a big night for the stars! Even HRH Prince William was there to be apart of the glitz and glamour. Our favourite moments? Harry Potter star Bonnie Wright and her new boyfriend Twilight star Jamie Campbell Bower hitting the red carpet together as the hottest new young couple in showbiz! Another Twilight super-star, Kristen won the special BAFTA prize for "Rising star" and even though her rumoured boyfriend and Twilight co-star Robert Pattinson was there to support her, the couple stayed far away from each other while the cameras were around! Nathalie Portman not impressed with Jackie Chan!

Jackie Chan seemed to have a little trouble standing still at the premiere of Le Silence De Lorna in Cannes yesterday and therefore chose to demonstrate some of his kung-fu moves on the red carpet! The always beautiful Natalie Portman didn't seem too impressed however, and chose to focus on posing for the cameras instead. Monica Belluci, in a sweeping black and white dress, and Kristin Scott Thomas were also at the premiere of the movie about a young Albanian woman who gets mixed up with the Russian mafia. We'll have to see what Natalie Portman, who is one of the jury members, thought of the film!
