The Hills star Kristin Cavallari wasn't going to let the bad weather in Los Angeles yesterday get her down. Not even torrential rain and wind could stop her from keeping her hair appointment at the posh Neil George Hair Salon in Beverly Hills! Kristin a huge black and white umbrella and then her scarf to protect her newly styled hair from being ruined by water, but she couldn't resist posing with her do for the cameras either, too funny!
