It's no secret that Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries are planning a pre-nup before their wedding. Recently, we found out some of the details of the pre-nup: Kim's Beverly Hills home and all of her assets are protected (it's estimated that Kim made about $12 million in 2010) AND anything that Kim earns during the marriage is hers.

Kris is cool with the pre-nup (her earns about $3.2 million a year) and he won't receive a single penny if they ever divorce. We guess Kim will get to keep the ring too! (usmagazine)
