Why, oh why, would you ever were a dress in two bright colors that don't match and has a big, unflattering cut out? Unfortunately both Victoria Justice and Kim Kardashian are victims of the same, horrible trend!

We saw Kim in a dreadful purple and orange dress over the summer. It had a huge cut out in the middle and was paired with a terrible gold belt! We thought that the rest of Hollywood would've learned from Kim's mistake, but unfortunately we spotted Victoria Justice in a similar dress a few weeks ago. Victoria wore a red and hot pink dress with some crazy weird cutouts. Both outfits are obviously horrible, but which was worse?
