Kim Cattrall was all smiles as she left the Vaudeville Theatre in London this weekend after performing in the West End play 'Private Lives'. Kim smiled for the cameras and greeted her fans but did not accept the letter that one of her fans tried to give her as she passed. Let's hope it wasn't important!
