Kiefer Sutherland's divorce final!

Kiefer Sutherland filed for divorce from his wife of eight years Elizabeth Kelly Winn in 2004 and this Friday, four years after the papers were filed, the divorce was made official. The couple was married for eight years before they split in 2004, citing irreconcilable differences, and did not have any children. Sutherland was arrested last January after a DUI and sentenced to 30 days, as well as 18 days for violating probation stemming from a 2004 DUI (the same year he and Elizabeth split).
