Britney Spears ate out at Sur restaurant in West Hollywood last night and looked great in her dark blue dress with flower details; it looks as though she remembered to put a bra on this time! Spears and her ex-husband Kevin Federline have entered into mediation sessions in an attempt to agree over custody of their two sons, Jayden James and Sean Preston. Federline still wants to maintain sole legal and physical custody of the two boys while allowing the pop star to be involved in their lives in a meaningful way.

Pop star Britney Spears spent the weekend in Las Vegas on a well deserved vacation and seems to have had a great time. The singer stayed at The Palms Hotel & Casino where she spent several hours just relaxing by the pool. Britney also visited the Mirage hotel where she swam with dolphins and checked out their baby tiger exhibition. Brit's ex Kevin Federline was also in Las Vegas to receive a Father of the Year Award but somehow the couple managed to avoid each other all weekend! We guess rumors of their reunion are entirely made up!

Well, Kevin Federline has undoubtedly been there for his and Britney Spears sons lately but being awarded a "Father of the Year" award by a nightclub in Las Vegas still sounds a little strange! The nightclub Prive in Las Vegas has decided to give the award to Federline just in time for Father's Day and the award will be presented at a party that Kevin will host in June. Wonder if he's allowed to bring his kids to the party?

As you may already know the Spears family got together last weekend in Louisiana to celebrate Jamie Lynn Spear's baby shower. According to TMZ Britney Spears apologized for putting her family through all kinds of drama the last few years. The guests were warned ahead of time not to bring up any of Britney's prior crazy actions - in other words, no head shaving- or Kevin Federline jokes! We're glad to see that Britney seems to have turned her life around in recent weeks and she is looking as good as she probably feels! She's getting there, slowly but surely!

Britney Spears was granted more visitation of her two sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James, yesterday though it is unclear how much more. Kevin Federline's lawyer Mark Kaplan didn't want to comment on the exact timeshare plan but did say that it was "more than it has been". Britney's parents Jamie and Lynne Spears were also there and issued a statement saying that they're "so pleased with Britney's progress" and "very appreciative" of the fact that the court har recognized this progress.
