Ok so we all know Ke$ha aka Kesha loves her crazy fashion, but this is too much even for her. We understand when she wears dirty looking torn stuff all in the name of rock chic but was is the peacock feathered thing? Its not even made from pretty peacock feathers, its the ugly black and white hen feathers stuck to some kind of green fluff. Yuck!
