This Week's Worst Dressed Celebs!

Miley Cyrus in a leopard and flower (?) Cavalli gown. Her styling is going down hill and we really miss the old Miley! At least she's covered up here and not dressed in her usual ensembles of short shorts and braless shirts!

Avril Lavigne is wearing her own line, Abbey Dawn. We get it, Avril has her own style, but we're SO TIRED of hot pink paired with black! It's just super boring for an outfit that could be so much more fun! Kendra Wilkinson must have the shortest torso ever! This is one way to NOT wear a romper! Oh Katie Holmes! First of all her dress looks super budget (it's Azzedine Alaia) and secondly her shoes don't go at all! She just looks so....ugh! These shorts and that shirt are super unflattering on Katherine Heigl. We think the shirt would've looked so much better if she had paired it with some skinny jeans or flares! As for the shorts- throw them away! It's a bit unfair to put Snooki on this list since she's notoriously dresses horrible, but sometimes she's just asking for it! We hate this dress, we hate her hair, and her yellow eyeshadow makes her like an evil comic book character! It looks like Kelly Rowland is wearing a saggy diaper! There's just too much going on with Vanessa Simmons' skirt. The It's like a weird take on the mullet skirt but with a black and white pleated ruffle...and that lime green color, ugh! Sarah Jessica Parker shocks in her Little Red Riding Hood outfit. SJP is usually spot on with her style but this is just crazy! Who's afraid of the big bad wolf? Actress, Ashley Rickards, channels big bird and her hair is hot mess.
This week's worst dressed brought a whole new level of terrible and odd to the red carpet! From Sarah Jessica Parker dressing like Little Red Riding Hood (seriously!) to Katherine Heigl dressed like a lumberjack, some of our favorite celebs this just didn't bring their A Game this week. 9. Actually, for being Kat Von D, this outfits is pretty ok. Just a little all over the place. 8. Casual and comfy in a tee and jeans. We like it Halle Berry! 7. Hilary Duff has understood the value in simplicity! 6. As usual, Kendra Wilkinson goes over the top but we still give her a sixth place because on another person, this dress would probably look great! 5. Pippa Middleton in a red summer dress! Simple but pretty! 4. Kourtney Kardashian is one hot mama! We love this blue playsuit! 3. Stripes never go out of fashion. Nicky Hilton looks really looks great in this trendy dress! 2. Time and time again we nag about color! We absolutely love this colorful jumpsuit on Khloe Kardashian! So brave to go all out in hot pink! 1. We love Emma Stone! And we love this beautiful light grey dress and the pop of color the shoes brought! Excellent!

9. Jaime Lee Curtis is all about having fun without inhibitions so we understand her choice to be a cheerful cheer leader, but that doesn't mean that we approve of it! Jaime has such a strong face, a face that would have been amazing together with a more extravagant and adult like costume. This one just feels like sort of a snooze. 8. Marc Jacobs had all the means in the world to design something breathtaking for his Halloween costume, but instead he settled for a tranny devil. Weird doesn't always equal good! 7. Janet Jackson's costume feels very uninspired to us and quite frankly it's just odd. What's with the moustache? Any guesses? 6. Justin Bieber dressed up as a paparazzi, but sans the camera he looks exactly like he usually does on the red carpet! We guess he wanted a costume he could easily ditch once the camera lenses started flashing... But boy, is that boring or what? Everyone else who attended that event kept their costumes on all night long! 5. Carmen Electra was one of the many celebrities who chose to just throw together a number of random slutty pieces they had sitting in the back of the closet before they stepped outside the door. What is she even supposed to be? 4. Ashanti's costume would perhaps have been sort of cute on someone who didn't usually dress in leopard or leather... We're sorry to say it but her costume looks like something taken directly from her stage wardrobe! 3. Oh Holly Madison, when will you learn? It's okay to be a pink lover up until the day you die, but the princess dreams should have been scrapped ages ago! This costume isn't cute nor hot, it's just sad... 2. Haven't we seen Kendra Wilkinson in this casino girl outfit before? On a Playboy party or something? Either way it lacks all the components that makes a Halloween costume special. 1. Tara Reid as a barbie girl... Do we even need to comment on this one? A picture says more than a thousand words.

Kendra Wilkinson has only had polite things to say about former boyfriend Hugh Hefner since she left the Playboy Mansion to pursue a normal family life with husband Hank Baskett, which is nice, although we're wondering if it isn't all beginning to become a bit too much now! She recently told People Magazine that Hef is her best friend in the world, saying: "I can tell you that Hef is my closest friend. I'm not just saying that. He makes sure he writes to us every chance... He's always thinking about us, and that's a real friend. He asks, 'How are you guys doing? Are you doing okay?'"

She then continued on saying how happy she is that she's moved back to Los Angeles because it means that she and her family gets to be closer to Hef. We're sorry to break it down to her, but it's just wrong that the best friend of a 25 year old girl is an 84 year old man! The poor girl needs to make some friends her own age!
