Gossip Girl star Kelly Rutherford gave birth to a baby girl late on Monday night and baby and mommy are healthy! Kelly has named the new baby Helena. Unfortunately this birth is not completely drama free. Kelly's soon to be ex German entrepreneur Daniel Giersch, the baby's father, is claiming that no one told him about the birth and is trying to create trouble for Kelly in their divorce settlement. The agreement was that Kelly would contact him when the baby was born. Her lawyers say she did, but Daniel is telling all the media that he had no idea! (Source:People)
