Gossip Girl actress Kelly Rutherford was taking a stroll on a chilly afternoon in Beverly Hills. She was constantly sipping her hot drink in the cold. Kelly is expecting her second child and seems happy as can be, but has filed for divorce from her husband of two years, Daniel Giersch. But Kelly doesn't seem to be too depressed...
