Gossip Girl star Kelly Rutherford says her ex-husband German Millionaire Daniel Giersch is stalking and scaring her, her mother and their childrens' nannies! So much so that Kelly has applied for a restraining order against him! Kelly and her husband have been involved in a custody battle over their two small kids the whole year and it just keeps getting worse!
