Gossip Girl star Kelly Rutherford says her ex-husband German Millionaire Daniel Giersch is stalking and scaring her, her mother and their childrens' nannies! So much so that Kelly has applied for a restraining order against him! Kelly and her husband have been involved in a custody battle over their two small kids the whole year and it just keeps getting worse! One nanny says she quit because Daniel was being so mean to her when he fetched the children. Daniel denies all claims and says Kelly is trying to destroy his reputation! Nasty! (Source: People)

As you know, Gossip Girl is filming its 3rd season all over New York City at the moment and so it is fun to play, spot the star all around the city! Yesterday we caught a lovely look at hotties Ed Westwick and Penn Badgley filming some intense scenes. Penn is looking seriously hot with a summer tan, don't you agree? But the real star was Kelly Rutherford's new little baby girl Helena Grace! She was in mom's arms in between takes and looks like a real Gossip Girl regular already!

Kelly Rutherford's ex Makes Drama about New Baby

Gossip Girl star Kelly Rutherford gave birth to a baby girl late on Monday night and baby and mommy are healthy! Kelly has named the new baby Helena. Unfortunately this birth is not completely drama free. Kelly's soon to be ex German entrepreneur Daniel Giersch, the baby's father, is claiming that no one told him about the birth and is trying to create trouble for Kelly in their divorce settlement. The agreement was that Kelly would contact him when the baby was born. Her lawyers say she did, but Daniel is telling all the media that he had no idea! (Source:People)
