Kelly Osbourne is looking better than we have ever seen her ever since she started all that dance training for her appearance in hit TV show "Dancing with the Stars! Even though Kelly still holds on to her quirky style, she is more chic and stylish than ever too, last night at the SwatchWatch launch party that she hosted in New York, all eyes were on her, even though there were some other hot stars there too!
