As you all know, Kelly Osbourne lost a huge amount last year when she took part in Dancing With The Stars, but how is she managing to keep it off (and lose more) after the show? Kelly says her secret is her personal trainer. She has Kelly working out 4 times a week and she does at least half an hour of cardio workouts everyday too. Kelly says she gets bored easily so her Sarah Hagaman has to be really creative with her exercises to keep Kelly motivated.
Kelly attended a Pussycat Dolls party with other celebs like Carmen Electra and Malin Åkerman last night and she looked fabulous! Obviously whatever her trainer is doing, is totally working! Wow, she is a whole new person! (Source: People)
