Kelly Osbourne has had her ups and downs with her weight and quite frankly her fashion sense too! But here, whilst strolling along outside the Metropolitan Hotel at Park Lane in London, she is looking absolutely fabulous! She's showing off a strong sense of confidence and that is always nice to see! It might just be a plain black dress but her hair actually makes the outfit and brings out her pale blue gorgeous eyes. But when it comes to her choice of accessories (her bag!!!), well sometimes, unfortunately, they just cannot get everything spot on!
