Kelly Osbourne Goes Blonde!

Kelly Osbourne showed off a dramatic new hair cut and colour at the Nylon Magazine Young Hollywood party last night! She has gone from pitch black to light blonde overnight! We think Kelly can carry off almost any hair colour, but we really don't like the spiky new hairdo! What do you think?
