Kelly Osbourne and a friend went shopping in Beverly Hills. Kelly tried to hide the ring sas she walked with her dog in her arms. It was confirmed through Facebook that she is engaged to her 19-year-old boyfriend and now we can also see the proof on her finger!

The 19-year-old model is thought to have proposed to the singer at New York Fashion Week in September. Now Magazine said that they are thinking of having an Elvis-themed ceremony and that they will spend their honeymoon on the Caribbean island of St Lucia.

Kelly Osbourne took her mother Sharon Osbourne out for dinner at the restaurant Madeo in Los Angeles. Wonder why not the whole family was there? Kelly lives in London now a day and has her own radio show so they don't see each other as often as they used to. But we miss seeing the crazy family Osbourne together!
