Comedian Russell Brand and singer Katy Perry are engaged! The couple, who have only been dating since September 2009, were engaged in Jaipur, India while on vacation. Russell reportedly proposed with a diamond ring and Katy happily accepted. Katy received the trip to India for Christmas after telling Russell how much she loves the Indian culture. Congratulations!
